At Life of Paw, we work to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

Shipping times

Standard shipping generally takes approximately 5–10 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout, where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Delayed or lost packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

Incorrect shipping information
